Climbing the stairs

No, Stephen isn't going up stairs yet...Steve is. On Sunday, he will be participating in the Fight for Air Climb. (You can also read about it here.) See that tall building in the picture above? He'll be running/walking/pulling himself up to the top of it...56 flights of stairs...1098 stairs. He's done it several times before. He says that it's different than just running because you're going up, and as you get higher, your lungs feel like they're going to explode. Not my idea of a fun Sunday activity, but he enjoys it. He hasn't really been training this year. He didn't a couple years ago either and managed to finish in 11 minutes. Stephen and I will be there to greet him when he's done. I know Steve would appreciate your prayers on Sunday morning as he climbs the stairs.
